Walk the Beat Grand Haven
A free one-day street music festival along the Beechtree Street corridor on Grand Haven's east side, with about 50 bands at some 25 businesses and outdoor spots.

Make time for these
The volunteer nonprofit Walk the Beat runs it: bands play rotating sets along a walking route, and you vote by text for a “Best Band” (2026 winner: Broken Like Me), whose prize includes studio time and a spot in the next Coast Guard Festival parade. A $5,000 raffle funds youth music lessons and instruments through the Repeat the Beat program, and the same group runs sister festivals in the White Lake area (July) and Albion (late August).
