Frank P. Viviano and his wife Elizabeth opened their first small flower shop in 1937 at Forest and Cadillac in Detroit. Today the St. Clair Shores store is the main shop, and the storefront itself is a piece of local history: a glass greenhouse built in 1914 on the Emory L. Ford estate in Grosse Pointe, which Frank bought in 1943 and rebuilt on Harper Avenue in the early 1950s. Most of the company's deliveries across Metro Detroit go out from here, and the Viviano family still runs the business.
