Tribe was one of Detroit's early gay leather clubs, documented as active from at least 1974 through the 1990s. Its home was The Interchange on Holden Street, later the Detroit Eagle, where the upstairs bar served as its clubroom. There the club held brunches and community fundraisers. It was a membership club, and no current activity has been found.
