Make time for these
The Yard at Corktown opened on Michigan Avenue in October 2021 as an 8,000-square-foot hangout built around games. Detroit Axe runs the axe-throwing lanes, Darts Detroit has four bookable boards that score in real time, and there's a whole wall of board games plus pinball, shuffleboard and turf cornhole out on the deck. The resident food truck, The Corner Grill, handles Detroit-style personal pizzas, smash burgers and Ben's Big Bavarian Pretzels. Cover is $15 on Fridays and Saturdays and $10 on Sundays, games included.
