Bars, breweries & distilleries / Financial District

The Social Brews

Coffee by day, beer hall by night: 45 self-pour taps, a full bar and rotating chefs on Fort Street near Huntington Place.

01 / The story of this place

Make time for these

The Social Brews is a coffee shop, restaurant and beer hall rolled into one at Fort Street and Washington Boulevard in downtown's Financial District. The headliner is a wall of 45 self-pour taps, so you can sample as much or as little as you like, from Michigan pours to imports. There's also a full bar, and the kitchen rotates guest chefs, so the menu keeps changing. Live music pops up during the week, which makes it an easy landing spot after a show or convention at Huntington Place.

  1. 45 self-pour beer taps
  2. Coffee shop in the morning, gastropub at night
  3. Rotating guest chefs
  4. Short walk from Huntington Place
