The Lake Theatre opened in Oscoda in March 1950, on Dwight Street, with 361 seats. It still runs one screen of first-run films, nightly at 7 p.m. Matinees play on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It supports the TheaterEars app, so you can listen in Spanish on your phone. In late September 2026 it was showing Heart of the Beast.
