Run by Apex Hospitality, the group behind 3Fifty Terrace and Love & Tequila, The Annex covers about 10,000 sq ft with cold-sparkler and CO2 cryo effects, 12 video projectors and 24 private booths for bottle service. Weekly Friday and Saturday club nights include the Latin-themed 'Miami Nights', 'All Access Fridays' combine The Annex with Love & Tequila next door, and Sunday brings a brunch and day party.
