Make time for these
Stand with Trans is a Michigan nonprofit founded by parents to support transgender youth and their families. It runs Ally Parents and Community Connections support groups, offers affirming therapy that now accepts insurance, and keeps the Trans Lifeline Library, a directory of trans-affirming providers. A newer program, Queer Youth Nutrition, serves Detroit youth aged 13–24, and each year brings Trans Empowerment Month and the Share the Love family celebration in February.
