Make time for these
Herb and Danielle Sanders opened it in December 2022 in the former Varsity Lounge / Penthouse Lounge space, with help from a Motor City Match grant. Expect Detroit DJs like Bruce Bailey, Kelly Holmes and Vernon English, plus live jazz, house, old-school hip-hop and R&B; recent nights include “Soul Express” and “Soul Classic” with Gary Chandler and Walter Glasshouse.
