Make time for these
Soraya brings modern Japanese cooking to West Fort Street in the middle of downtown. The menu runs from classic nigiri to a twist on okonomiyaki, and the bar pours craft cocktails and rare Japanese whiskies. Executive sous chef Yohan Mendez runs the kitchen, John Kim leads the sushi bar and Miriam Contreras handles pastry. It serves lunch on weekdays and stays open until 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, with the occasional DJ night.
