Make time for these
National Amusements' Showcase complex was two buildings facing each other across South Telegraph Road. The original Showcase Cinemas 1 & 2 opened on November 25, 1970, with Catch-22 and grew to five screens in 1981. On October 16, 1981, the Showcase Pontiac 6-12 opened across the road to handle the overflow. The first building was decommissioned in 2002, and the second, renamed Bloomfield Hills 1-7, closed in 2003. Both have been demolished.

A 9-screen, 1,171-seat first-run cinema on 23 Mile Road in Macomb Township, built inside a former Kroger. Every seat is a reserved leather recliner, the biggest room is an EMX with Dolby Atmos, and there's a full bar in the lobby.
