Rumors is Grand Rapids' only LGBTQ+ dance club, a two-level downtown venue with the dance floor downstairs and a quieter lounge upstairs. Theme nights feature DJs, drag shows, karaoke and male dancers. The club closed for about two months of renovations at the end of 2024 and then reopened. Sources differ on its opening year, citing either 1988 or 2003.
