PFLAG Great Lakes Bay Region is the PFLAG chapter for the Bay City, Saginaw and Midland area, founded in 1990. It meets once a month on a Sunday afternoon at 1st United Methodist Church on Gratiot Road in Saginaw. Alongside the meetings it runs a book club and shares regional resources, and it marked its 36th anniversary at a meeting on September 20, 2026.
