PARK 600 is the signature restaurant of the Royal Park Hotel in downtown Rochester, a 143-room AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel set on the Paint Creek next to the Paint Creek Trail. Executive chef Eric Avila runs a European-inspired menu that leans on local ingredients wherever possible. There's brunch every day, happy hour, a late-night pizza station and a seasonal patio. Behind the bar, look for a Maker's Mark Private Select bourbon you can only get here.
