What’s it like to stay here?
Warren & Wetmore and Reed & Stem designed the 1913 Beaux-Arts station, and Ford restored it and reopened it in 2024 as a tech and culture hub. Its upper floors were never occupied in the railroad days, so the NoMad on floors 14 through 18, plus part of the ground floor, will be the first to move in. Plans call for nearly 180 rooms including 30 suites, wellness facilities and a signature restaurant and bar. Sydell Group will run it with Hilton as NoMad's global partner, making it the first NoMad in Hilton's U.S. portfolio. It was announced in June 2025.
