The New Hudson Inn traces itself back to 1831 and is known for handcrafted burgers with dipping sauces. Its monthly music schedule has an open mic every Monday, karaoke every Tuesday and solo or duo acts Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings; September 2026 included Steve Taylor, Brett Lee, AJ Kish, Robyn Marriot and Dan Prekup. It's in the same group as Champs Pub, the Log Cabin in Howell and the Bloated Goat Saloon.
