Museum of Illusions Detroit is the downtown outpost of the global Museum of Illusions group, right on Woodward Avenue. This isn't a quiet, look-don't-touch museum: you walk through photo-friendly installations built to trick your eyes and brain, and learn why they work along the way. It's a fun pick for families, school groups and date nights, and it hosts corporate and private events too. Seasonal programs add extras, like an October 2026 Halloween run with bonus photo spots and a free 3D puzzle.
