The Community Health Division of Matrix Human Services, a Detroit social-services agency founded in 1906, brings together the Matrix Ryan White program, Matrix MAC Health and the MetroCare Coordination Network. It offers free confidential HIV testing, PrEP and PEP services, at-home test kits, linkage to medical care and case management, plus wrap-around support such as housing, food and transportation. The former Michigan AIDS Coalition is now part of Matrix.
