Mario's
Midtown's Italian supper club since 1948: tuxedoed servers, tableside cooking and live music with dancing on weekends.

01 / The story of this place
Make time for these
Mario's opened in 1948 on Second Avenue between Willis and Canfield, and it still runs like an old Detroit supper club. Servers wear tuxedos, the fettuccine Alfredo gets finished at your table, and a vegetable relish tray lands as soon as you sit down. Friday and Saturday nights bring live entertainment and ballroom dancing. Six private banquet rooms handle groups from 10 to 200, which makes it a go-to for family celebrations.
- Same Second Avenue address since 1948
