Male Box II (MB II) opened around 2011 in Warren as a follow-up to Detroit's Male Box gay bar, with the same owner and some of the same bartenders. It opened on Hoover Road, just north of 9 Mile Road. The bar has since closed: Yelp lists it as closed, and in 2026 the building was listed on LoopNet, a commercial real estate site. No closing date is known.
