Make time for these
M1 Concourse opened in August 2016 on a former General Motors site along Woodward Avenue in Pontiac. The 87-acre campus wraps the 1.5-mile M1 Circuit with roughly 250 private garage condos that owners use as personal car clubhouses. It's home to the multi-day American Speed Festival and the Radical Academy driving program, and its halls host corporate track days, galas and community events.
