Leña
A live-fire, Spanish-inspired restaurant in Brush Park: shareable plates, Spanish wines and vermouth.
01 / The story of this place
Make time for these
Leña means firewood in Spanish, and the name is literal: every dish here meets a live-fire hearth fed with Michigan oak, cherry and applewood plus binchotan charcoal. The menu is Spanish-inspired and leans into seafood and vegetables, designed for sharing, with a wine list that's mostly Spanish and heavy on organic and biodynamic bottles. Chef Mike Conrad runs the kitchen and Tarun Kajeepeta owns the place. They buy from local purveyors and cook whole-use to cut waste.
