Haus of Brunch started in Auburn Hills in 2021, and its Detroit location sits inside the Westin Book Cadillac at 204 Michigan Ave. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and halal meats and says nothing is frozen or pre-made. The headliner is the Haus Chicken N' Waffle, buttermilk-brined and coated in a 12-spice Yemeni dredge, with crab cake Benedict, shrimp étouffée and grits and the Cadillac Skillet close behind. Takeout, delivery and catering are all available.
