What’s it like to stay here?
Grand Traverse Resort spreads over about 900 acres on Grand Traverse Bay and is owned and operated by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. You can choose from more than 500 hotel rooms, Tower rooms and condos, and the 17-story glass Tower has a restaurant and lounge high above the bay. Golfers come for three championship courses: The Bear by Jack Nicklaus, The Wolverine by Gary Player and Spruce Run by William Newcomb. There's also a 7,000 sq ft spa, a 100,000 sq ft health club with indoor tennis, a Lake Michigan beach and 86,500 sq ft of meeting space, plus a free shuttle to the tribe's Turtle Creek Casino five minutes away.

Getting there
