What’s it like to stay here?

The Graduate fills the former Campus Inn tower on East Huron Street, right where the State Street shopping strip begins. The Dahlmann family ran the Campus Inn for about 45 years before AJ Capital bought it in 2015, closed it that December and reopened it in April 2016 as a Graduate; the brand has been part of Hilton since 2024. The top rooms sit on the 14th floor, among the highest in the city skyline. The design nods to U-M engineering and the Nickel Arcade, and about 10,000 sq ft of event space handles weddings and campus events. There are 207 rooms, 11 of them suites, and pets are allowed.

You can walk everywhere from here: State Street, Kerrytown, Hill Auditorium, Crisler and Yost. Ask about pet fees when you book, and use Hilton Honors to earn points.
