Make time for these
At 3405 Russell, a butcher counter and a carry-out deli share the same address in the middle of Eastern Market. The meat side sells beef, spare ribs, chicken and raw corned beef you can cook at home, while the deli stacks Wigley's corned beef into big sandwiches. The Wigley's name has been part of Eastern Market since 1924, and owner Frank Gjoka told Fox 2 in 2018 that everything here is fresh. Expect a line around St. Patrick's Day.
