Emagine Novi is an 18-screen first-run multiplex on West Twelve Mile Road in Novi. It opened on October 18, 2002 with about 4,000 seats, designed by JPRA Architects; after the switch to luxury recliners it seats 1,738. Emagine was among the first chains anywhere to convert every screen to digital projection. The theatre has EMX and Super EMX premium large-format screens with Dolby Atmos, a theatre bar, and open-caption and sensory-friendly screenings. It also hosts event cinema such as the Metropolitan Opera Live in HD.

The box office opens 30 minutes before the first show and stays open 15 minutes after the last. After 8 p.m., anyone under 17 needs a parent or guardian 21 or older. Tickets are $5 on Tuesdays; questions go to (248) 468-2990.
