The shop moved into a Fenkell Avenue building that had sat empty for 26 years. You can buy balloons retail or wholesale, rent bounce houses, tables, chairs, throne chairs and concession machines, and book face painting or balloon twisting. The hall inside fits up to 100 guests, and the crew has set up chairs for more than 100 Belle Isle weddings.
