What’s it like to stay here?
The Millender Center is a 1985 mixed-use complex on Jefferson Avenue with its own People Mover station and skybridges to the Renaissance Center and the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. Its hotel opened as an Omni in October 1985, became a DoubleTree in 1996 and has been a Courtyard since November 1998. After a year-long renovation it has 260 refreshed rooms plus an indoor pool with a whirlpool. IHOP and Applebee's are in the lobby, along with a 24/7 market. It's also one of the few downtown hotels with EV charging.
