GLAMA's acoustic music festival returns as “Cooper's Glen, Again!” on September 26, 2026 at Kalamazoo Valley Community College's Texas Township campus in Kalamazoo.
01 / The story of this place
Make time for these
It began in 2002 as an outdoor bluegrass event with the Kalamazoo Nature Center, later added blues, swing and folk, and from 2008 moved indoors to downtown Kalamazoo in winter, running every year through 2018. The 2026 revival brings concerts by Chris Jones & the Night Drivers, Djangophonique, Corn Fed Girls and Serita's Black Rose, plus instrument workshops, a jam session, open mic and an instrument petting zoo.
