What's it like to sing here?
Cantina El Dorado is open until 2am every day, with the kitchen going until midnight, or 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu covers tacos, quesabirria and carne asada, and the margaritas are made with fresh lime juice and come jumbo-sized. On Friday and Saturday from 9:30pm to 1:30am, Julie D of Fusion Entertainment runs the mic, and there's a seasonal patio when the weather cooperates.
