What’s it like to stay here?

The Michigan DNR modern campground has 144 open, shaded sites with electric hookups, about half of them 50-amp and seven ADA-only. You can walk to the Bishop Lake beach, boat launch and fishing pier. There are modern restrooms with showers and a playground, and winter camping is listed too.

Getting there

Reservations go through the state at 800-447-2757. The beach, boat launch and fishing pier are all a walk away, and winter camping is an option too.
