The Boulevard Room is the Westin Book Cadillac's breakfast restaurant, serving casual American fare. The hotel itself is a Detroit landmark: it opened as the Book-Cadillac in 1924 and reopened in October 2008 after a $200 million restoration. Weekdays it's open from 6:30 a.m., and on weekends you can linger until noon. Arriving later? The same building has The Motor Bar, Haus of Brunch and Sullivan's Steakhouse.
