Body Zone is a men-only sauna club on East McNichols Road and, since TNT Health Club closed in 2018, the only operating gay bathhouse in the Detroit area. It is open around the clock, seven days a week. Facilities include a steam room, a dry sauna, gym equipment, TV lounges, lockers and private rooms. It holds themed social nights such as bear nights, and in June 2026 it served as the after-hours venue of the first Detroit Leather Weekend.
