IHOP's hours run from 6:30 am on weekdays and 7 am on weekends until 10 pm, with dine-in, takeout and delivery. The same complex holds the Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown and a People Mover station. With the Renaissance Center and the Riverwalk next door, it's an easy, predictable stop for downtown hotel guests.
