Adelina opened on March 21, 2024, on the ground floor of One Campus Martius, right where Woodward meets Gratiot. It started as a collaboration between TV chef Fabio Viviani and two local chefs, Gabriel Botezan and Marco Dalla Fontana. Pasta is rolled and cut in-house every day, the wine list runs past 200 labels, and the Chef's Table serves five courses you don't see until they land. Best of Hour Detroit 2025 named it Wayne County's best Italian restaurant.
