The $184 million venue opened on May 15, 2026 with Lionel Richie and offers fixed seats, lawn areas, suites and a VIP pavilion. It is owned by the Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention/Arena Authority and operated by Legends Global, and more than 40 shows were booked for its first season in 2026.
