The Detroit story
Page Kennedy was born Felton Eugene Kennedy II in Detroit on November 23, 1976. He spent his first six years with his mother in Los Angeles, then moved back to Detroit to live with his father, a physician who hoped his son would follow him into medicine; his father died about ten years later. Kennedy began college at Western Michigan University, where reading Shakespeare turned him toward the stage, and then transferred to the University of Delaware to major in theatre and acting. In Hollywood he became known for comic and tough-guy roles: the drug dealer U-Turn on Showtime's Weeds, the swaggering football star Radon Randell on Spike's Blue Mountain State, and parts in S.W.A.T. and The Meg. A popular Viner, he also raps; his 2017 album Torn Pages features Detroit rappers Royce da 5'9" and Trick Trick.
