Eastern Market
Start with the Saturday market: historic sheds, growers, food stalls and murals. Eat something real; it's going to be a long day.

Drinks · Weekend
Saturday among Eastern Market's breweries and distillery, a riverfront rooftop and a pint by the stadiums; Sunday in Corktown, then Wyandotte for brick-oven pizza.
Detroit was born a beer town: the Stroh family started brewing here in 1850, and today you can drink right where it's made around the market, on the riverfront and in Corktown. Saturday covers Eastern Market's breweries and distillery, then the river and downtown; Sunday starts in Corktown and finishes Downriver in Wyandotte.
