Guys and Dolls presented by Muskegon Civic Theatre

Set in Damon Runyon’s mythical New York City, Guys and Dolls follows gambler Nathan Detroit as he scrambles to finance the biggest craps game in town under pressure from the police. Meanwhile, his nightclub singer fiancée Adelaide laments their fourteen years of engagement. Nathan turns to fellow gambler Sky Masterson for the funds, leading Sky to pursue the straight-laced missionary Sarah Brown. The story journeys from Times Square to Havana’s cafes and even the sewers under New York before everyone finds their rightful place.
