Houston Patton Quartet

Houston Patton is a rising saxophonist in Detroit’s jazz scene who has explored gospel to hard bop styles. Starting his career at 20, he performs in clubs around Grand Rapids and Detroit. This night marked a release event for his 2024 album "Here We Are" recorded with the band "Quintessential," spotlighting key local musicians. Doors opened at 5 p.m. for dinner, with the first show starting at 7:30 p.m. and a second show seating at 9 p.m. Musicians bringing their instruments had free entry.
