A memorial wreath will travel from the Detroit River to shore and be placed near the S.S. Edmund Fitzgerald anchor. Bells will ring for those lost aboard the Edmund Fitzgerald and everyone lost on the Great Lakes, followed by an Honor Flotilla of Canadian and U.S. government and commercial vessels.

Afterward, head inside the museum for warm drinks and songs of remembrance and the sea from celebrated Great Lakes balladeer Lee Murdock. The program runs from 3 to 4 p.m.
