Extra Credit
Extra Credit pairs research talks from three University of Michigan professors with top improvisers from hear.say theater on Tuesday, October 27, at 8 p.m. at The Ark in Ann Arbor. Smart prompts turn into on-the-spot scenes. Free, no tickets; live and livestreamed.
At hear.say theater’s popular Extra Credit, invited U‑M professors give quick presentations on their research, and the cast—seeing it for the first time—spins them into fresh scenes and memorable characters. Sharp ideas meet fast, fearless improv.
Part of The Ark’s Artist Spotlight Series, supported by Ford Philanthropy. Free, no tickets required. Attend in person at The Ark or watch the simultaneous livestream. Nonperishable food donations are accepted for Food Gatherers, but not required.
